Donya brings more than 20 years of administrative experience and exceptional client service to the Green Peak team, having worked in the fields of management consulting, telecommunications, industrial psychology and construction. In her Executive Assistant role at Green Peak, Donya provides direct support to Becky Winkler and Craig della Penna.
Prior to joining Green Peak Partners, Donya worked at McKinsey & Company for over 15 years. Throughout her career at McKinsey, Donya supported various client service teams and leaders ranging from Engagement Managers to Managing Directors. Her last 6 years at McKinsey were spent serving as the Southern Office Professional Development Administrator and Learning Coordinator. In this role, Donya's responsibilities ranged from supporting consulting staff evaluation and development, to planning and implementing local learning programs, to providing additional administrative support to the PD team on special internal projects.
Earlier in her career, Donya provided administrative support in the roles of Office Manager and Executive Assistant at companies including TelAmerica Long Distance, Management Psychology Group and R.J. Griffin & Company.
Donya lives in Suwanee, Georgia, with her son.
