Across nearly a decade of experience in the field, she has personally assessed upwards of 400 executive-level candidates. Prior to Green Peak she was at ghSMART, a leading player in the management assessment field, where she led the firm's flagship practice area, trained new consultants in assessment methodology, and earned the highest client satisfaction ratings.
A professionally certified and accomplished coach, Tiffany has worked with executives ranging from hedge fund managers to senior leaders of private-equity-backed, private, and non-profit organizations. With a frank and empathetic approach, she enjoys helping individuals cut through to what matters, accelerating both leadership success and personal fulfillment. Through training workshops and speaking engagements she has helped countless investment professionals increase their skills in talent management, people assessment, and leadership coaching.
Earlier in her career Tiffany worked for the Boston Consulting Group, a premier strategy consulting firm. Here she led teams to solve client problems ranging from brand strategy to operational efficiency to change management. She was honored with an intellectual leadership award for work which involved implementing a people strategy to support brand-boosting organizational change at a Fortune 100 company - work which precipitated her more dedicated focus on human capital consulting.
Tiffany holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated with honors in mathematics from Duke University. Tiffany's background also includes several years teaching mathematics at the college-preparatory level. She lives in New York City with her husband, Justin, and their two sons, and serves on the Board of the Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center.
